Nu-i nimic, ca imi plac mie si pt voi.

multumesc. In sfarsit raspunde cineva si la topicul asta. Si eu ador vocea solistului. Cand aud melodia "Sleep" ma cumprind fiori pur si simplu. Imi doresc foarte mult sa invat sa o cant la piat...atat de tare-mi place.
Aaaaa... I remember --> tu mi-ai dat ĂźntĂąia data melodia "Roses" de la ei...si asa am cautat discografia lor si m-am indragostit de melodiile lor.  ...da da...tu erai  !! Crede-ma ca-ti sunt recunoscatoate pentru faptul ca m-ai facut sa descopar aceasta trupa minunata.
Mi-as dori din suflet sa asculte si ceilalti care intra in acest topic si sa-i descopere si ei .... Oricum n-au nimic de pierdut ...iar in cazul nostru nu se aplica treaba cu "Time is money" so ... Give them a chance guys!
In legatura cu clipul pus de tine Monica din concertul live ce tot face mai Marko ....dupa ce ca face piruete...mai si canta? ... Pacat ca se aud instrumentele cam nasol !
Oricum vocea aiaaaa...esteeeee....angelicaaaaa

Acu' i-am ascultat si eu,si sunt de parere ca tipu' are o voce mega tare...si cum a zis ancutza : in cazul nostru nu se aplica treaba cu "Time is money" deci am sa ma pun sa ma mai interesez si eu de ei,mi se pare ca trupa chiar merita

The story of Poets of the Fall begins in 2002 in Helsinki, Finland, when singer Mark and guitarist Ollie, coming from differing musical backgrounds, started writing songs together. "We'd been jamming together in a group all year long, and we'd seen during that time that our styles meshed together nicely, so we started co-writing our songs." Later on producer/musician Captain joined in all the fun and mayhem.
The name, Poets of the Fall, comes from the idea that two opposites form a whole, ie. there isn't one without the other. "Poets" here represent the positive side and "the Fall" the negative. Of course, when you join these two concepts, the "Poets" starts to sound just a tad mischievious as well... depends, of course, on how you perceive "the Fall". You might see it as a beautiful crisp season and the "Poets" are its insightful architects...
The story behind the song "Late Goodbye" in the computer game Max Payne 2, as told by Mark: "The guys from Remedy had heard our music before and asked us to write a song for the game. Happily we complied. Sam Lake sent me a poem he'd written some time ago, and said I could use whatever images the poem conjured up in my head, to write the lyrics. This was great since it really worked to inspire me. I sat on my kitchen floor that night, with my guitar, and wrote the song".

Am ascultat Roses. Tin minte ca mi-a cantat-o un prieten la chitara, parca  . Si inca o melodie al carei nume chiar nu mi-l mai amintesc. Mi-au facut o impresia buna, oricum  .

In sfarsit am facut rost de cel de-al 3 lea album al celor de la POTF, "Revolution Roulette" si suna mai mult decat bine. Il recomand cu mare caldura. MERITA!

2008
On 9 January 2008 the Poets accounted a new single called The Ultimate Fling which was released in Finland on 6 February 2008. The single features three versions of the title track as well as a live recording of Fire, the opening track of the band's second album Carnival of Rust. The live version was recorded during the Poets' performance at the Ankkarock Festival 2007 on 5 August. The single charted at #2 in the Finnish singles charts.
The Poets' third album Revolution Roulette was released in Finland on 26 March 2008 and, just like its two predecessors, went straight to the top of the Finnish charts. It was cerified gold two weeks after being released.
Their third tour started with a gig in Jyväskylä, Finland on 18 April 2008. The band is also going to perform in Germany, India, Japan, Russia and Sweden. They played their first show in the United States in Los Angeles, California during Musexpo 2008 on 29 April 2008.
The Album
Revolution Roulette is the third album by the Finnish rock band, Poets of the Fall. It was released in Finland on 26 March 2008 and went straight to the top of the Finnish charts. It was certified gold by IFPI Finland two weeks after being released.
Since 12 April 2008 the album is available for worldwide purchase via the iTunes music store.
